Cancellation & Refunds

Light, weather and flight permits in Cappadocia are not always a matter of schedule. This policy is built to be flexible, clear and fair to both sides.

Deposit and payment
To confirm a booking, a deposit between 30% and 50% of the session fee is taken. There is a 48-hour grace window during which the deposit is fully refundable. After that, the deposit is non-refundable but may be carried to a rescheduled date under the rules below.

Rescheduling
One reschedule at least seven days before the shoot is free. Within seven days, one free reschedule is granted subject to calendar availability. A second change is subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.

Weather guarantee
If balloon flights are cancelled by civil authorities (wind, visibility, safety), the shoot is rescheduled free of charge to any available date within 90 days. Decisions arrive the night before, so please keep your phone reachable.

No-show
If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of the scheduled start and you are not on set, the session is considered completed and the deposit is forfeit. A missed light window cannot be moved to another date.

Refund timeline
When a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. The posting time in your account depends on your bank or card provider and may extend by a few additional days.

Force majeure
In documented force majeure — illness with a medical note, flight cancellation, natural events — the session is fully rescheduled at no rescheduling fee. The new date is set together in good faith.
